i) Modifications
Modifications are completely unrestricted by this agreement, you can make any changes you wish to a product once you have purchased it. Sample Products can also be modified, but can only be used for evaluation and testing purposes.
ii) Limited Use
Our products may only be used once, either by the buyer or a buyers client. You may not, however reuse the same product to complete multiple websites or projects without buying multiple copies of the product.
iii) Unauthorized Distribution
Unauthorized mass distribution and reselling our products, modified or unmodified, under any circumstance even if you “Buyout” a product is completely prohibited without our prior written consent. This agreement does allow for graphic designers and other professional or freelance users to buy our products and then use them in projects for their own clients, in accordance with section (ii) Limited Use of this User Agreement.
iv) Ownership
You may not claim intellectual ownership on our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of eMedia Networks or independent content provides.
v) Refund Policy
Refund are only issued under special circumstances where a product contains an uncorrectable defect or if the customer is unable to download or receive the product. Please review the
Refund Policy for more specific information.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
