Important Information
Please read this document as it contains important information regarding our refund policy. Every product sold by SlickTemplate is covered by this policy and its conditions.

Since we sell software products delivered over the internet, we are unable to issue refunds once you have downloaded the product. You should carefully review the items in your shopping cart before completing an order to avoid any possible problems.

We do however issue refunds due to the following reasons:

Product Defects: Although we thoroughly test all our products before we sell them, in the rare case that you experience a technical related defect with one of our products, that our support staff is unable to help you correct, we will promptly refund your payment.

Non Delivery: If you were unable to download a product from the SlickTemplate website, or through the email download link, due to SlickTemplate related technical issues, we will promptly refund your payment.

Limitations
If you experience a defect with a product, we must be able to duplicate the problem on our end, to confirm it is a problem with the product and not with your software or web hosting account.

Request a Refund
A refund can only be requested within 30 days of the order date. To make a request for a refund you must send an email to support@slicktemplate.com with your order number and a description of the problem. If your request meets one of the reasons listed above, we will promptly refund your payment.
